Review Collection Forms

In the Review Collection Forms section, you can easily create forms to send to your customers to collect reviews.

Form Settings

In this section, you can customize the basic features and style of the forms.

General

• Ask for Photo / Video: Specifies whether you want to request photos or videos in addition to customer reviews. If enabled, customers can optionally add media to their reviews.
• Ask for Review Title: If you want your customers to add titles to their reviews, you can activate this button. If enabled, the review title input box will be active.

Form Colors

This section, where you can create the style of your form, is essentially composed of two main parts:

• Auto Color: If you don't want to deal with detailed customization, this section can be a good option for you. Let Superdesk prepare your forms in the background.

• Customize: If you want to make more style adjustments, use this section.
• Background Color: Adjust the background color of your form.
• Canvas Color: Set the background color of your form's frame.
• Question Text Color: Adjust the text color of the questions you send to your customers on the form.
• Button Color: Set the color of the buttons on the form.
• Button Text Color: Adjust the text color of the buttons you use on the form.
• Canvas Shadow: Decide whether to add shadow to the form frame.

Form Background Image

1. Enable Background Image: If you want to use a background image instead of a color on the form background, you can activate this button. When the button is enabled, a section will open below titled Background Image. You can upload the image you want to appear in the background.
2. Image on Mobile: Decide whether the background image of your form will appear on mobile devices or not.
