To open Custom Questions, choose Collect Reviews > Custom Questions on the left menu.
Custom Questions section allows you to create questions based on customer or product features and deliver them to your customers through forms. These additional features come in five types:
- Multiple Choice: Customers can choose one option from multiple choices.
- Range: Customers can rate a feature from negative to positive on a scale of 1-5.
- Centered Range: Customers can rate a feature around an optimal option. Negative – neutral – positive.
- Text: Customers can enter text of their choice.
- Yes / No: Customers respond to a question with yes or no.
