Edit or Delete A Custom Question

You can edit a question you have created by using the Edit button on the right side of the question elements in the Custom Questions list.

Edit a Multiple Question

• Question: Edit the question you created.
• Options To Choose From: Edit the options you have prepared, add or delete a new option.
• Is Private? : Enable if you do not want this question to be visible on the website widget.
• Is Required? : Enable if it is mandatory to answer this question in the form.
• Display Name: How the question should be visible in the widget. For example; Hair Type: Wavy. Here Hair Type is the display name field.
• Attribute: Which is this question about? Customer, product or store?
• Product Filtering: Select which products the question applies to. For detailed information about filtering: Product Filtering link

Edit a Range Question

• Question: Edit the question you created.
• Min Label: Edit the label with the minimum number of points.
• Max Label: Edit the label with the most points.
• Is Private? : Enable if you don't want this question to appear in the website widget.
• Is Required? : Enable if it is mandatory to answer this question in the form.
• Display Name: How the question should be visible in the widget.
• Attribute: Which is this question about? Customer, product or store?
• Product Filtering: Select which products the question applies to. For detailed information about filtering: Product Filtering

Edit a Centered Range Question

• Question: Edit the question you created.
• Min Label: Edit the label with the minimum number of points.
• Center Label: Edit the label with the most optimal score.
• Max Label: Edit the label with the most points.
• Is Private? : Enable if you don't want this question to appear in the website widget.
• Is Required? : Enable if it is mandatory to answer this question in the form.
• Display Name: How the question should be visible in the widget.
• Attribute: Which is this question about? Customer, product or store?
• Product Filtering: Select which products the question applies to. For detailed information about filtering: Product Filtering

Edit a Text Question

• Question: Edit the question you created.
• Is Private? : Enable if you don't want this question to be visible on the website widget.
• Is Required? : Enable if it is mandatory to answer this question in the form.

Edit a Yes / No Question

• Question: Edit the question you created.
• Is Private? : Enable if you don't want this question to appear in the website widget.
• Is Required? : Enable if it is mandatory to answer this question in the form.
• Display Name: How the question should be visible in the widget.
• Attribute: Which is this question about? Customer, product or store?
• Product Filtering: Select which products the question applies to. For detailed information about filtering: Product Filtering

Delete a Question

To delete a question, first open the question edit page with the Edit button and then use the Delete button on the top right. In the pop-up that opens, delete the question you want to remove with the Yes, Delete button.

Reorder Questions

When you open the Custom Questions section from the menu, you can organize the order of your questions with the help of the up and down arrows on the list elements that appear on the page that opens.
