Products

You can list the products in your store in Reviews > Products.

You can use ascending or descending sorting functions by clicking the Product Name heading above the list.

You can also search for products in your store with the Search products by name search bar above the list.

Display Product Summary

In the Reviews > Products section in the main menu, select any product from the drop-down list and view the product summary. This section includes Rating summary, Manual review link and Product detail sections.

Rating summary: In the Rating summary section you can view the total reviews, average rating score, recommend percentage and rating distribution.

Manual review link: Copy the link in the Manual review link section and send your customers a review request for the product.

Product details: Here you can view product details and open your product in Shopify with the Manage in Shopify button.

Disable reviews for a product: You can disable reviews for the selected product with the Disable reviews button at the top right on the Product details page. You can use the Enable reviews button in the same place to reactivate the product whose reviews have been disabled.
