Prepare your scheduled messages to send to your customers with Workflows. If the Automated Product Reviews Requests on the Messages > Workflows page is Enabled, your automatic messages are ready to be sent. If you want to turn off automatic messages, you can use the Disabled button from the same place.
Edit Workflows:
The Edit workflows section is a section where you can set when and under what conditions your message flow that you send to your customers to collect comments will be triggered. Its general appearance is as follows:
Triggers When Order Is Fullfilled: Triggered after the order is completed.
Wait: Determine how long to wait for the message to be sent after the previous trigger condition. To add the wait condition, select the pencil icon at the top right of the Wait box.
In the Set the delay for review request email window that opens, select the number of days after which the message you want to send will be sent from the Set Time Delay section.
If you want to create a different wait condition for your international orders, activate the Different Delay For International Orders button.
Enter the waiting period for your international orders from the Set Time Delay For International box that opens below and then click the Save Changes button.

Check If..: This section helps you set additional conditions when sending messages. To edit, select the pencil icon in the upper right and open the Set the conditions for sending the email window.
If you activate the Require Consent button, this email will be sent only to customers who have received consent to send the email.
If the All items in the order have not been reviewed yet section is active, Superdesk will check whether the product or products in the order have been reviewed before. Products with comments will be skipped when sending the email or event.
Send Email Action: You can set the time the email will be sent from here. Select the pencil icon in the upper right and set the hour in the Sending Hour section, the minute in the Sending Minute section in the Edit the action window that opens, and then save the changes with Save Changes.

Send Reminder Email Action and Send 2nd Reminder Email Action: You can send the first and second reminder emails as in the Send Email Action. Use the using this template link to create different email templates for each.
Disable Workflows: You can disable your workflow in two ways.
1- On the Messages > Workflows page, use the Disable button in the Automated Product Reviews Requests pane and select Yes, disable it from the window that opens.
2- On the Post Purchase Review Request page, click the Turn off workflow button from the top right and then the Turn off button.
Edit Domestic Shipping Countries List: Select which countries will be considered domestic from this window. The others will be considered international.
To add a country to the list to be considered domestic, select it from the Select a country drop-down menu and then click the Add Country To The List button. Make sure to save your changes with Save Changes.
