The Messages > Queue section is where you can list your scheduled messages. In more detail, when your customers place an order and you fulfill this order, your workflow messages are included in this list in accordance with your workflows.
Message types according to action types in workflows:
- Review Request: It is planned when the customer's purchase transaction is fulfilled and completed.
- Reminder Email: The reminder email is scheduled as specified in the workflow and put into the process queue.
- Second Reminder Email: Indicates that the second reminder email is in the queue.
- Klaviyo Review Request: In the presence of Klaviyo integration, comment requests are planned for Klaviyo.
- Omnisend Review Request: In the presence of Omnisend integration, comment requests are planned for Omnisend.
- Postscript Review Request: In the presence of Postscript integration, comment requests are planned for Postscript.
Actions
Send it now: Triggers the scheduled message to be sent now. When clicked, the scheduled message is delivered to the customer.
Further delay: Triggers the scheduled message to be delivered at a later date. In the window that opens, enter the number of days you want the message to be delayed and click the Add delay button.
Cancel and remove: Cancels and deletes the scheduled message. Note that this action cannot be undone.
