In the History section, you can view the list of your previously sent messages and events status.
- Customer: The customer who made a purchase.
- Message Type: The type of message sent. It can be a reminder email, incentive award, comment request, comment response, etc.
- Sent At: The time it was sent.
- Status: The status of the message sent. For example, if Click, it indicates that the customer clicked, if Open, it indicates that the customer opened the message.
Type filter of Messages History: You can filter the messages sent according to their type.
